Have you run your own business for two years or more? We will work with you on our unique Performance Guarantee basis. You pay only if you get results. our That's right, if you don't get value for money then you don't have to pay. We share both risks and rewards with you.
How does it work?
Every engagement starts with a discovery session. At the conclusion of this session we set and agree your Performance Baseline. In short, this is a measure of your success level prior to our involvement. We back ourselves to take your performance to heights that you haven't achieved alone.
Put simply, your past trading performance, assuming conditions remain constant, is an indicator of what you might achieve going forward without any new stimulus, Do-It-Yourself (DIY) growth strategies or assistance from a Business Coach, strategic advisor or Mentor.
Once we agree your Performance Baseline we then explore growth strategies to take you over and above what you might achieve yourself, stretch targets, if you like. We will hold you accountable for delivering results, or we don't get paid.
Let's say, your Turnover is $500k and without any assistance from us you could reasonably expect to do $500k next year. We might set the baseline at $500k. Anything over and above the $500k is what we set as a stretch target, so if you achieve $600k then the incremental growth is the extra value we create through our agreed strategies.
Now, remember we don't get paid if you achieve your baseline, ie $500k. Our incentive is to stretch you beyond your comfort zone and that may require a range of different approaches. It's not necessarily about working harder, it is certainly about working smarter.
Our philospohy about Win-Win Negotiation is that the outcome must be mutually beneficial. You win AND we win. This is a partnership where we share the risks and the rewards.

If you focus on doing the right things often enough you will inevitably drive performance improvement. A key part of our strategy is to identify what are the critical performance drivers are for your business. We agree performance measures, targets and strategies to achieve results.
We will hold you accountable for delivering on your agreed performance measures.

So this is not about doing more, and doing it smarter, it is also about STOPPING activities where you aren't in flow. Critically, when you express your natural talents and practice your skills work becomes a labour of love again.
